Factory Overview

IML (In Molding Label) is a manufacturing process that combines injection molding and film thermoforming technology. By introducing film thermoforming technology into the injection molding process, thin-walled containers are manufactured. Intopicon has formulated strict production standards to produce IML thin-walled containers with excellent performance and appearance, which are widely used in food packaging, beverage packaging, cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and other fields.

We support the customization of environmentally friendly materials to replace non-degradable plastics. Biodegradable plastic: This material can be degraded by microorganisms in the natural environment, reducing environmental pollution. Polylactic acid (PLA): This is a biodegradable polymer extracted from corn and other plant starches after fermentation. It is non-toxic and harmless to the environment and can be degraded in the natural environment. Environmentally friendly PE and environmentally friendly PP: These two materials use environmentally friendly catalysts and additives during the production process, which have less impact on the environment and have good degradability.
